STAGE 01
Day 0
Kit Dispatched
Your Collection Kit leaves our London atelier, fully tracked and insured. A
confirmation and tracking link is sent immediately to your registered email.
STAGE 02
Day 1–2
Delivered To Your Home
The kit arrives within 48 hours. Your concierge will call to ensure receipt and answer any questions before the collection process begins.
STAGE 03
Carbon Collection
Using the precision collection spoon and sealed urn, a small quantity of ashes or hair
is prepared for return. There is no deadline. You proceed when you are ready.
STAGE 04
Return to Laboratory
The sealed urn is returned in our pre-insured courier packaging. A secure chain of
custody document travels with every parcel — non-negotiable, without exception.
STAGE 05
Diamond Formation
Under 1,300°C and 60,000 atmospheres, the carbon crystallises in our laboratory. Monthly progress updates are sent to your concierge portal.
STAGE 06
Your Certified Diamond
Your IGI-certified diamond — cut, set, and inscribed — is delivered in a bespoke
presentation case, accompanied by full documentation and a personal letter from
our master gemologist.
