Return Policy

At Diamond Cremations LLC, all products are custom-made memorial items created specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of our process, our return policy is as follows:

All Sales Are Final

Once production has begun, all orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference regarding appearance
• Minor variations in color, tone, or clarity

Variations in Final Product

Each diamond is uniquely created. Variations in color, clarity, and internal characteristics are
normal and expected.

Limited Exceptions

We may review claims only in cases of:

• Verified manufacturing defects
• Errors directly caused by our team

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Memorial Materials

Materials such as ashes or hair are used specifically for your order and may be altered or
consumed during the process. These materials cannot be returned once production begins.

Shipping

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility. Once delivered to you, risk transfers to the customer.
